Muscle Building Exercises for Beginners

These are the eight suggested exercises:
1. Push up
2. Bent over Rows
3. Upright Rows
4. Squat and press
5. Curls
6. Close up Pushes
7.  Mountain Climber
8. Toe Touches

You just need to do each exercises for thirty seconds with minimum rest and for four round.
